This was the last building that Ursula was working on. She was making it a care home. She wanted people to be comfortable and cared for as well as have children in the care home as well.
The house is available of course empty, but we wanted to show you how she decorated it. You can make this wonderful building into whatever you like. The structure has ten rooms and five floors. The bathrooms are small to make bigger rooms.
The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ. Shipping is defaulted to $5.95 on the website. Please note that actual costs will be much higher.
