SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please allow 1-2 business days before shipping once you have paid for your order
Orders up to $50 = $4.95
Orders over $50 = $6.95 (except Dollhouses & Dollhouse Kits, which will be priced separately)
All packages will be shipped by USPS or UPS. Liability for a shipped order by Karen's Dollhouse Shop transfers to the customer when the package is accepted by the shipper. Please advise us if you wish to purchase insurance, as it is optional.
Shipping for Dollhouse and Dollhouse Kit purchases will be actual shipping, and determined after the sale according to the size and State to which it will be shipped. We do offer a 3rd party "white gloves" delivery service
International Shipping Policy:
Orders will be charged actual shipping. We will contact you with the shipping charge prior to shipping.
Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt for store credit. The cost of the return shipping will be paid by the buyer, and will not be refunded. Please purchase insurance as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please note that there are absolutely no returns on dollhouses.
