We will be offering people the chance to sign up for a time to video call with us so you can shop from the comfort of your own home. If you’re interested in buying furniture, supplies, accessories, dollhouses, etc., then this is the perfect service to sign up for! Anyone in the entire world can sign up for an appointment; it does not matter whether you live in the United States or Australia; now it is possible for anyone to visit our shop! Not everything in our shop is on our website (as there are literally thousands of tiny things in here!), so this is our next best solution; bringing our shop to you.
We will be offering 20 time slots a week that you can sign up for by scheduling an appointment on our website. All appointment times are available to view on our website, and will be posted weekly on Instagram and Facebook as a reminder. This is for serious inquiries only, meaning that this is not a private tour of our shop and is meant for people who have an intention to purchase.
Video call sessions are available over Facebook or Instagram. In order to use this service, it is required that you have either an Instagram or a Facebook account, and a phone or computer with a working camera and microphone. Once an appointment is scheduled, you must provide us with your Facebook or Instagram profile information so that we can contact you through one of those apps. Please make sure that you have stable Internet access before your appointment begins.
Each time slot lasts for 45 minutes. Time can be extended if needed and if time is flexible on our end. You are also able to schedule two time slots in a row if you feel that you may need more time to shop. We are asking that you let us know ahead of time what it is that you are interested in purchasing so that we may pull those items before the appointment starts. We will be conducting personal shopping appointments before and after our shop hours so we can give you our undivided attention.
Personal shopping appointments cost $5 to sign up per time slot. A credit will be applied to your purchase if you choose to spend any money during your appointment that matches the amount of time slots that you have signed up for. (For example, a credit of $5 will be applied to someone's purchase if they signed up for one time slot, and so on.) The credit is nonrefundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
English is the only language that we communicate in. We operate in USD $ and can take credit card and PayPal payments. We ship both domestically and internationally. We are located in Clinton, New Jersey, USA and our time zone is Eastern Standard Time (EST).
