This is the Penny Lane Dollhouse Finished Dollhouse from Majestic Mansions. The dollhouse has been fully assembled and the exterior has been fully finished, painted in lavender, pink and white. The interior has not been decorated and can be finished by you how you would like.
Shipping will be calculated and charged separately. The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ. Shipping is defaulted to $5.95 on the website. Please note that actual costs will probably be much higher.
