This is a handcrafted dollhouse made from plywood. No MDF here. This house is not from a kit, and was entirely handmade. Very sturdy and built to last. The house has 9 rooms on 3 floors (including the attic).
The dollhouse has been delightfully decorated with Christmas Wreaths. The shutters and the asphalt shingled roof are black, and the siding is painted white. The interior has been painted white.
The dollhouse has brick foundation and a brick chimney.
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
