This is a wonderful Tudor era barn. The barn comes in 2 pieces. The lower part is where the animals were kept, and the upper floor was enclosed. The roof is shingled, and th barn is electrified.

The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
