This is an 2 room dollhouse, which has been assembled from a kit by Real Good Toys. The Victorian Cottage Jr. has been painted pink on the exterior and is fully shingled. The Cottage has a front porch.
The inside has been left for you to decorate to your personal preference. There is a divider included that can be adjusted to suit your interior design.

The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
