Ursula created this Modern Style house with various features including the glass squares in the entire front rounded panel of the house, hand work stone chimney, modern windows, jaccuzi on the deck, terrific landscaping and more. The inside is an open concept with the living room on the left, kitchen on the right, staircase in the middle going upstairs. The rooms are large and you can fit a lot in the dollhouse. The top upstairs is a little different as the floor has the drum kit which when removed is open, suggesting you may want to put a staircase there if desired.
The house has a different unique look and is painted a beige color. The shingles are ashphalt.

The house is on wheels that are easily removed. The house stands tall, and is large, but please look at the measurements, you can always make room!!
The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ.
