This is an amazing dollhouse, with over 13 rooms. The house is pre-owned but is in very good condition. Is is being sold "as is". The dollhouse is the Hofco Americana.
The house comes electrified with the interior and exterior fully decorated. It opens from the back. The house sites on a base that is fully landscaped. The roof has been decorated with slate shingles.
The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ.
