This is an incredible front opening, 12 room manor. The house comes from an estate, and is sold "as is". There is a box containing most of the missing pieces.
The dollhouse is panted gray and is stucco'd. The interior is partially finished. The extensions are attached to the house, and there is a bonus rooftop room. There is a porch by the front of the house.
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
