**Dollhouse Miniatures, 1:12th scale, One Inch**
This is a terrific piece by Gail Steffey. She upholstered this for Lee Lefkowitz and signed and dated it 2010. The corner chair is a beautiful piece by Bespaq. I was surprised to see it was Bespaq, as it's so unusual. A wonderful piece. Leg repaired on back, now on sale.
