**Dollhouse Miniatures, 1:12 Scale**
This is an Irish Cottage with a slate path. the cottage is painted white with brown windows and door. The side has a piece of wood missing where the chimney may have been. I'm selling this for a client. The cottage is wooden, and the inside is not finished, but ready to be painted, stained, finished. The wooden base shown in the photo is not included. Pre-owned dollhouse.
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
