This is the Simplicity Dollhouse, fromReal Good Toys, no longer being made. This is a unique painted and shingled dollhouse, with 6 rooms on 3 storeys.
The exterior of the dollhouse has been decorated with green paint, and has been fully shingled. The house has been decorated with window boxes with flowers on the front of the house.
The interior has been left for you to decorate to your own personal taste. There is a staircase leading to the 2nd floor, and the upstairs has a dormer window.
Measures 25" wide by 18 1/2" deep by 29" tall
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
