**Dollhouse Miniatures, 1:12 scale**
This is a absolutely Amazing Pub. it has been meticulously finished inside and out and decorated just beautifully. The bar inside is glued down, but all of the furniture inside the bar are loose and can be moved around and customized to your liking. Signed and dated on the Bottom by Judy Biggs 2016. Room lifts up and off, easily.

Please note there is one small chip on the bottom front trim as seen in photos.
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
