This dollhosue was handmade by a collector named Ursula Sauerberg. She hand scratch built this dollhouse, and was one of the first ones she made.
The Bahary & Sons furniture shop is near and dear to the family. The shop is decorated as a furniture shop on the first three floors and the remaining two are living quarters. The beautiful library with stairs is just terrific. The basement has a lot of the pieces still attached and comes with the structure. There are five floors, eight rooms. The three lower floors are large and the upper floors have smaller rooms, all nicely made. Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with the library built-ins and fireplace.
There are so many features, and we're happy to send you more pictures of the dollhouse if needed. The house comes unfurnished, the photo is for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee the electrical work.
The house is on wheels that are easily removed. The house stands tall, and is large, but please look at the measurements, you can always make room!!
Please note that dollhouses can be expensive to ship. Shipping of the dollhouses is an additional cost. A default shipping will be charged at $9.95, but please note, this is just a default cost. The shipping will cost more than $9.95. We use a moving service, and he travels all over the US. He has moved many dollhouses and collections for our customers.
